AGI Cloud Financials, a commercial trade division of AGI Tech Systems LLC (registered in New Mexico, USA), provides bookkeeping, financial operations, and systems implementation support. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly — name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your accounting platform, entity structure, and financial workflow needs. When you engage us for services, we may also receive access credentials, ledger data, and supporting financial documents necessary to perform the engagement. We collect limited technical data through standard website analytics, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver contracted bookkeeping and migration services, communicate about your engagement, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to third parties. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be used to improve our services.
We share information only as necessary to deliver services: with authorized members of our team under least-privilege access controls, and with the accounting platforms you direct us to use (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, A2X). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. Subcontracted staff operate under mutual NDA and the same access controls described in this policy.
All engagements are covered under a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions policy. We apply least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on every client system we touch, encrypted credential vaulting (never stored in email or chat), mutual NDAs signed before any file or credential is shared, and an offboarding checklist that revokes access at engagement end. These are operational practices maintained by AGI Cloud Financials; they are not a substitute for an independent certification or audit report.
We retain engagement records, work product, and communications for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet professional, legal, and tax-support obligations. Upon request, and subject to any legal retention requirements, we will return or securely delete your data at engagement close.
